I am a long-time resident of Central Contra Costa and Real Estate Broker who specializes in selling residential properties in Alamo, Danville, Walnut Creek, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Clayton and Concord. My straight-forward, honest style has helped bring a loyal following of clients who I have enjoyed working with over the years, many with multiple transactions. I am fortunate for their referrals, as they are a main source of my business today.

I have leveraged my traditional real estate success to forge relationships with several large banks and asset management companies. I am now the go-to resource in the area for bank-owned properties. My current REO experience has expanded my coverage area to include, Contra Costa, Alameda, Solano, Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo Counties. During the last three years I have completed over 700 Broker Price Opinions and successfully closed 125+ transactions in the last three years (2007-2009), representing both Institutional Seller's, Homeowners sell their homes and Buyer's.
